About Clarebout Potatoes

One of the world's leading producers of frozen potato products for private labels, the family business distributes products to more than 80 countries worldwide and customers mainly in 4 segments: retail, catering, quick service restaurants and food industry.

Clarebout Potatoes originated from the activities of the Clarebout family's potato business; active in sorting and trading fresh potatoes. In 1988, the main activity was changed to processing these fresh potatoes into various frozen potato products.

The family business has two production units in Belgium and several warehouses for potatoes, with headquarters located in Nieuwkerke.

Collaboration since 2017

Since 2017, Clarebout Potatoes has been working with a Spendless telecom consultant to control and optimize their telecom costs.

Current contact Bart Desloover took over the existing myTelecom partnership in mid-2019 from a previous colleague. He had no influence in the decision to partner with Spendless, but had experience working with a TEM specialist. "The contract with you was a pre-existing contract within Clarebout. I myself had the experience of working with another party for years."

Expectations are met perfectly

Spendless tracks all telephony costs for Clarebout on a monthly basis and assists in contract negotiations for data connections, fix voice and mobile phone costs. "I expect you to ensure correct price points in contract negotiations and to validate our telecom invoices monthly. Manually this is impossible work."

In this regard, Bart Desloover believes it is important to build a good partnership with us and with the supplier(s). At Spendless, we always work independently and on behalf of the customer. We are there to advise the customer and not to break relationships with suppliers.
